Shipping, Returns + Terms
Standard orders will ship within a week of your purchase. If you are in a hurry please let us know, please contact us at hello(at)redcruiser.com for other shipping options.
If your purchase is a gift and you would like it shipped to a different address, please mention in the notes at checkout. Feel free to add a note for us to include in the package as well.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders will be shipped through USPS.
Delivery outside the U.S. generally takes a minimum of two weeks, and Canadian mail can take up to one month. Please let us know if you'd like to upgrade to USPS International Priority, which generally costs and additional $20-$30. We'd be happy to set something up for you.
Please note, Redcruiser is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
Redcruiser will not be held responsible for missing or lost items due to incorrect shipping address.
Minnesota residents will be charged a 7.25% sales tax.
Please contact us at hello(at)redcruiser.com if your item arrives damaged within 10 days of arrival and we will send you a replacement.
